I found a cleaning wire in my food. My mom was actively eating their fried rice when she found it in there. I called and they said they would send over new food. When the delivery man came he tried to take the old food and only give us one when they literally sent two fried rice. I had to call again and make a whole scene to be able to get two. I honestly should’ve asked for my money back because that is insane. My mom could’ve gotten insanely hurt from what they had in their food.
While eating my takeout, I found what appeared to be a cockroach in my food. When I called the restaurant to report it, they hung up on me instead of helping or addressing the issue.
