This hotel (Room 603) had a clean room and bathroom with a 65 inch TV. The bathroom had mild and pleasant soap and shower gel. The highlight of the hotel was a little well stocked bar and small seating restaurant. We had a piping hot chicken sandwich and wings and they were both quite good. The waitress was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast had fresh biscuits and gravy, waffles, fresh fruit and various juice options. I would recommend this as a good stay option near JFK as it broke up the overseas
Disappointing Hampton Inn stay. Had to switch rooms because my first room smelled of cigarettes. Was glad I switched because another lady said her room smelled like smoke and gave her headaches. Perfect for a layover. Aesthetically, the room is dated. However, it was comfortable. The small restaurant downstairs was very convenient and the food was tasty. The shuttle service was complimentary and good. What I love most about this chain of hotels is the free coffee and tea station. I'd recommend an overnight stay here if you are in transit. There is a restaurant across the street in another hotel if you wish for more meal options
