I love a good burger and shake and am so glad that Harlem Shake has an outpost in Park Slope! We stumbled upon it yesterday and were intrigued (I grew up in Harlem but well before they opened their first one there). The retro Art Deco vibe was immediate and transported you to an earlier, simpler time where you could take it easy and have a good time. Service was great I love the overall vibes of this place, the burgers was affordable for sure and yes we’re they small? They were but they were clean and tasted good but I would like the burger to be abit bigger, i probably could’ve ordered two but that is my preference. I would come back here again, menu has a variety of things you can pick from.
Was highly disappointed by Harlem Shake yall which sucks cause I’ve had this place saved for a bit. The portions were small. I asked how many “chicken tenders” come with the order and I was told 5, only to receive 4 (which they did fix). The “chicken tenders” aren’t tenders, they are fatter nuggets. My chicken sandwich had no meat, it was just all fried bits. You can just tell there’s low to no effort being put into the food here. I wish it matched the vibe of the place.
