Very small store but food was tasty. I got the flight (chicken gyro, cheddar melt, halloumi with all 3 sauces to try). Pesto, rose homey and hot honey sauce or glaze. All 3 glazes were good but I prefer pesto and rose honey. Hot honey wasn't very spicy. It was mild and enjoyable.
Hello Halloumi Bakery is such a gem in the West Village. The entire concept centers around halloumi cheese, and the menu leans savory in the best way—flaky pastries, grilled halloumi, and unique snackable items you don’t see everywhere. First! The staff is worked with. [Mike] was so very pleasant and happy and helpful! I git there just as the early closing was happening...5pm vs 8 as on door and on line- so maybe call and check.
