It’s sweet and savory, smooth and nutty, and it enhances the floral note of their high quality king jasmine milk tea. And I just unlocked a secret hack: You can order the pistachio cloud (or any clouds!) separately, freeze it, and turn it into homemade pistachio ice cream. I want to be very clear from the start: this is not a complaint about the staff. This is about a broken system. Yesterday, I ordered one drink in-store and waited almost 40 minutes. After about 20 minutes, I assumed it would be ready soon and didn’t ask for a refund at that point, it felt pointless to start over.
