  I had a wonderful stayed as a Diamond guest while celebrating our 23rd anniversary.   As a Hilton Honors Gold member, this was a wonderful experience! The staff was so polite and accommodating! We arrived hours early and asked to check our luggage and they offered us to check in early, so we were able to refresh in our room before the afternoon check in time. They also were so considerate upon check out.   I only stayed for a short daytime stay. The front desk associates were helpful and friendly. My room looked modern and clean, but I couldn't find a way to turn off the ambient lighting. The windows had good sound proofing from the noise outside. My biggest complaint is the lack of elevators.
