Very cute place. Wonderful window on Allen St. Delicious drinks. Great fries. The regular food menu also looks very good. My friends and I will definitely be back for brunch. I loved the Art Deco-inspired decor, which is comfortable, yet stylish.
This Isla and Co location doesn’t disappoint with the food or service. However, the restaurant is pretty small and located inside a hotel. It doesn’t feel the same as their other locations, like the one in Midtown. Still, if you’re looking for a quieter, smaller environment with no reservation needed, this is a good spot. Our server was great and recommended some excellent drinks and dishes. Everything was well served, and the prices are quite fair. Their gluten-free toast is a bit underwhelming
We love this place so much we want to book a room upstairs and not leave so we can eat here in the morning. But jk can’t so we Are coming back tomorrow afternoon. We each had the kangaroo skewers, steak, Caesar salad, squid and Mac and cheese. The food was phenomenal and the waitress is friendly and professional. Every dish we ordered was top notch and we made the mistake of ordering dessert because my tiramisu was so huge. Now I have food coma and don’t want to leave. How will I get home? Wh
