  We arrived at the hotel well before the official check-in time, intending only to drop off our luggage and return later. To our surprise, our room was already ready, and we were able to check in at 11 a.m. Although we didn't end up needing it, it was great to know they offer complimentary luggage storage.   This hotel only has two elevators, and the situation is insane. I was here with a large group, so when we all left, the wait for the elevator easily reached 20 minutes. This hotel is stacked up like a Jenga tower. The lobby is microscopic and could barely hold our group as we waited for the elevators. There were about 4 tables in the breakfast area. The hotel staff was really nice, and the rooms were small but clean. I will say that the views of the Empire State Building at night are legendary
