Had the worst experience here for the first time. Never will I ever revisit this hole in the wall. Thanks to the security for failing to provide professionalism especially to people who spend the money on bottle service. I’ve been to better places and were treated with great excellence. This place is an absolutely NOT coming back for me. Also the drinks water down, food salted and bouncers have zero experience in being a bouncer. So yeah, that’s a rating of a 1 for me.
WORST club experience I’ve had in NYC. My friends and I went to watch the Knicks game and purchased two bottles at our table. Later, we wanted a third bottle but couldn’t get anyone’s attention, so we purchased it directly at the bar. At no point were we told that buying a bottle at the bar meant we would no longer be allowed to sit at our table. I was really looking forward to this place, but it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The staff came across as rude and unfriendly, and it felt like customers were more of an inconvenience than a priority. It took a long time just to place an order, and no one checked on our table afterward. The food was average at best, and the overall atmosphere didn’t make up for the poor service.
