I came to Manna Hot Bagel to grab a small soup and a tuna hero. After I handed over my card to pay, I asked why the total was $21 — $6 for a small soup and $14 for a tuna sandwich. I mentioned that anywhere else it’s usually $10 or less for the same thing. The guy behind the counter refused to acknowledge me. I had to ask him three times if he was even going to answer my question. All he said was, “The receipt is right there,” and then walked off. No explanation, no customer service — nothing.
Just opened my bacon egg and cheese. thank God as I had already taken a few bites there was hair in my food. And not just one random hair. It was under the egg and what made me feel like the hair was put in or they must've dropped my egg is because the hair wasn't cooked into the egg. So how all that hair get in my sandwich. First and last time going there. 3 pieces of hair. I didn't bother going back to complain. I was already home. Just won't ever spend my money there again.
If you’re charging someone upwards $9 for a bagel wt cream cheese and bacon. Can you stop putting cream cheese on only one side of the bagel? And as of lately, the bagels are not tasting the same. They don’t taste good anymore.
