Gigantic disaster. Please, please, please stay away from HSBC I live in a state without an HSBC location and have been trying to reopen my Premier checking account. I tried every possible online, phone, and video option, but the system kept telling me I had to visit a branch for identity verification. I even made an appointment months ago, but my flight to NYC was canceled. An online agent told me it would be fine as I could always walk into a branch as long as I brought my ID. Today I happene

I have banked with many financial institutions and I can confidently say that HSBC is the worst bank I have ever dealt with! Poor customer service, representatives who have no clue about the bank's offerings (I had to inform them about their services!), errors in accounting, the list goes on and on. Switched to CapitalOne and it is like heaven and hell! Stay away from this financial institution if you want your business to succeed! If you want to sabotage your business then this is the right ban
