I just wanted to leave a quick note about your staff. I’ve been to Impact Kitchen several times, and every single person I’ve met has been genuinely kind. The food is great, but what always stands out to me is how nice everyone is. It’s surprisingly rare these days to walk into a place and consistently have such positive interactions. Stopped in after Barry’s for the first time. Stephen — not sure if he’s the manager, owner, or just an incredible human — delivered truly exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, he was warm, friendly, and attentive. He gave great recommendations and had such attention to detail that he even spelled my name correctly (which, yes, doesn’t really matter since it’s called out — but it spoke volumes). Came in for their First Taste Event before they opened and it was amazing! I ordered the crispy kale ceasar and added steak - it was a little on the salty side but still so good and I would order again. Added sweet potatoes on the side & they give a large portion I could only eat half. Grabbed the protein brownie bites too which were good and satisfied the sweet tooth. Excited for this to be open soon, I will come in often!
