There are sushi places all over NYC. This one is Brooklyn is truly wonderful. They just opened back up and they created such a gorgeous atmosphere..The sushi is fresh and the presentation is very creative. I highly recommend this place…
Happy they re-opened. Walked in and was charmed by the atmosphere and live music. Service was welcoming, and our order was delicious! We got the veggie gyozas, avo salad, spicy miso ramen, 597 roll, and the yellow tail scallion roll. Wish we’d left room for dessert, for next time!
Inaka is OPEN (after apparently being closed for a few years). I just went this past weekend and had a really lovely experience. Firstly, the sushi was great—lots of variety, fresh and they didn't overdo it on the sauce which I really appreciated. Secondly, they have hibachi options which is so fun! I had the tofu hibachi with fried rice, somehow they fried silken tofu to perfection without losing any silkenness...incredible. Finally, the ambiance was quite nice—the staff was so sweet and attent
