I ordered from this location for the first time, this week. I had a very positive experience. The ordering process was easy. The delivery people were on time and pleasant. I am dairy and gluten free. I so appreciated that, without me asking, the store made sure to put the cookies that had gluten in a separate box and had a sticker on the box that had the gluten free dairy free cookies. I went to Insomnia cookies after a big meal, and the staff were so welcoming. They helped me choose what cookies to get and provided excellent customer service. The cookies were also really good the texture was nice and chewy, and the cookies weren't too sweet (I'm Asian btw). Would come again
It smells like cookies in here, LITERALLY. Smells like.. just smells good.. I really can’t explain it. The cookies were okay to me, like a regular cookie. I’ve been wanting to try this spot from all the hype I’ve heard. But I sort of have chocolate intolerance, so my cookies were too chocolatey for me and made my stomach hurt. I won’t be getting again. But for regular stomachs, I would recommend. It’s a small location.. not sure if all locations are this size. But barely any standing room but
