Pineapple moss and spicy beef patty were both on point. Everything was fresh and hit the spot. Service was really fast, especially with just one person working. Solid spot in Harlem, would definitely come back.
Been going here for a few months now. IDK why they call it Island Juice because this place needs to be named after the hot bar in the back 🔥. Whoever is working the kitchen knows what they’re doing! Thankful to live right around the corner. Picture is the Friday special with goat curry/oxtail/jerk chicken. Good prices too - $10 lunch special is hard to beat.
It's a straight vibe here. Plus they got two types of lunch specials: 8.99 for chicken and rice and 5 for a patty and coco bread. Never had any of this and this was a good affordable introduction for me 😄 if I'm ever here, will come again! The workers are nice. Granted I'm not the greatest and understanding the Jamaican/Harlem accent but regardless they fed me and I'm happy.
