I will tell a joke but not a lie.Today I came in fresh off a long overnight shift so hungry & restless couldn’t describe my mood.ordering my food I noticed this one worker her name started with a t i believe it was Tatiana if I’m spelling it right and she was the only worker there by the register,the shop was pretty packed but even my food still came out hot and fresh. Drove from the Bronx to try this restaurant. Didn’t even order any food. Upon arrival my friend was holding the door open for me not even 10 seconds. and the young guy behind the counter with a nasty tone “ you coming in or what? You letting the air out!” And when I got to the counter he rolled his eyes as if I’m bothering him 🤣Yeah absolutely not I’ll take my hard earned money somewhere else if that’s how I’m greeted in the store. Beware customer service may not be the best😑
These people can’t deal with customers, solve problems, take accountability, maintain quality, or handle feedback without having a meltdown. I thought it was gentrification giving yall pressure, but it’s the arrogance, inconsistency, and the belief that customers should be grateful you exist, will put yall out of business. Every order is choice and thank God I know my options!
