the food took 2 hours to be delivered. i called the store five times. three times they picked up and twice it went to a full voicemail inbox. i was so enraged and hungry i left the house to walk the 4 blocks to go to the restaurant and demand they make my food on the spot. I normally order from here from time to time, this is the second horrible experience i had since i lived here in east Harlem, i know they may fry the broccoli in oil before putting the sauce but you can clearly see a inch of oil full in the bowl never again will i order from here 🤢 at least drain out the left over oil dang
I ordered food to be delivered between 7-7:10 pm. The charge was over $75 with tip This time was confirmed by restaurant and Grubhub. It was delivered at 5:45 pm I was not available. It sat in the lobby of apt building for over 1 hour getting cold. Deliveries are not permitted to be brought to actual apt unit. I tried calling the restaurant but provided number couldn't connect. Very Bad !!!
