⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jerrell's BETR BRGR is one of my favorite go-to burger spots in SoHo. I love coming here, especially after doing some shopping around SoHo. It’s tucked away on a quieter off street, which makes it a perfect place to sit down, relax, and enjoy a good meal—especially on a sunny New York day. I tried an order of loaded chilli fries and the O.G. BETR BRGR, and they were both delicious. The restaurant attendant was really kind. There is seating outside and more seating available if you walk around. You can scan a barcode out front to view the menu and place orders. I’ll be back here to try more things from the menu! Definitely check this place out if you’re visiting and vegan (or looking for a lighter, filling meal option). It’s quite different than the food I’m used to in Phoenix, AZ.
This is the best vegan burger I’ve ever had! The last few times I’ve been there and Kevin made my food. I was able to customize my food like removing the sauce from my burger and the salt from my fries. Everything was delicious and Kevin was very nice and helpful. Best customer service I’ve experienced! You order your food at the window and they cook the food inside, but there is outdoor seating.
