Hello. I came to your store to pick up my order, which was ready. Your sales staff treat customers very poorly; please look into this and ensure they provide proper service. After all, they receive a salary for serving customers—so why do they behave this way? I waited for about 15 minutes for my order, yet your staff simply refused to hand it over. I wasted my time for nothing. Please address this issue so that they stop treating people this way.
I've tried other Jersey Mike's, but this is still the best location. They make it right and bread is fresh. Just sucks that there's no seating inside nor outside. And no restroom for customers.
