If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I genuinely don’t understand how this place is still open. There were two employees, but only one was actually working. The other clearly looked like it was his first day completely lost and unable to do even basic tasks. Meanwhile, pickup and delivery orders were piling up and being completely ignored, while the line stretched out the door. To make things worse, the one employee who was working kept disappearing into the back, so nothing was get
Came in at 10:08 and worker was texting/on her phone. We said goodmorning but she didn’t respond. The floor and counters were dirty, mind u no customers had came in yet. We asked for help n worker stated they just opened then started to clean. Cleaning which clearly should have been done the night before. No one at the counter ready to work. 10:20 still no help. Needs workers that actually want to work!
The ladies here are nice, professional, and punctual with the orders. Would definitely recommend!
