Visited on May 19 at 12:47 pm. Ceiling was leaking liquid. Water, sewage? Who knows. Literally leaking onto the food prep area including active slicer. Manager suggested moving slicer over a few inches so slicer wasn’t getting wet with bread. Literally all the was discussed was moving slicer over a bit and employees reporting on what the current “labor percentage “ was. No shutting down store or even cleaning the area. I called the store tonight at 8:40 and asked if ceiling was still leaking and
Smallest Jersey Mikes in the world, there were 5 people all together, it was tight bro. I ordered 2 Giants stated that it would be ready by 1:18PM, i got there at 1:18 PM it was not ready until 1:40... The young men working there, were very professional though. The bread gets too soggy and disgusting after 5 minutes of walking to a bench down the block.
The Big Kahuna Cheese Steak sandwich from here is so good. It's much better than your average NYC deli cheesesteak.
