I ordered food. They refused to bring it because I asked them to bring it upstairs due to my disability. Let me add that I let them know I’d pay extra for them to walk up the stairs. I tried to record the call so I can let the boss know on Monday and they hung up. Then refused to answer the phone. I have some health issues that were exasperated by not being able to get my order. 163rd location.
The 163 location has some of the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time. Every single time I call, it’s the same person answering, and the attitude is consistently rude and dismissive. It feels like they’re annoyed that the phone even rang and just want to rush you off as fast as possible. No greeting, no basic courtesy just impatience and tone. I just got a ubereats delivery from them with French toast bacon & eggs mmmmm....delicious 😋 everything was moist buttery n good bacon was a little dry but they gave me a lot 👌 very satisfied with my order this morning! Thanks guys!
