I came in for a "quick" acai bowl while on a break from work on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. I asked for extra blueberries and strawberries but was told the strawberries were whole and still frozen. (It was 10:40am) I'm not sure why I was thinking there'd be fresh fruit here especially at this time of morning. After paying, the girl behind the counter said it'd be ten minutes. Honestly really disappointed. I spent almost $15 on a Muscle Up drink from Joe & The Juice through the app with cacao, creatine, dates, and sprout milk added, and the cup came practically half empty. On top of that, it barely tasted like anything — no cacao flavor, no sweetness from the dates, not even like there was protein powder in it.
