I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely frustrating. I ordered goat biryani expecting a rich, aromatic dish, but what I received was far from it. It seemed like a mix of leftover rice and curry rather than a properly prepared biryani. The goat was overcooked to the point of being extremely chewy, making it difficult to enjoy. Stopped in for lunch today and I’ll be back! I got the Chicken Tikka Masala platter (over rice with a vegetable and naan), a mango lassi and a vegetable samosa all for about $21. It tastes amazing! Everything looked delicious!
We stopped in for some hot food, fast. This cafeteria-style South Asian restaurant serves delicious curries, perfectly-cooked rice, and generous portions of naan or raita bread. The price was right compared to other options in the area and the place was quiet and clean. We didn't really like the vegetable sides as much though, as they had somewhat unpleasant textures. Overall, we didn't let it affect our overall impression of an efficient and tasteful fuel-up.
