Tiffany promptly stepped in, assuring me that she would gladly make any adjustments to ensure my satisfaction. Very cute concept but the employees working on this day were in a bad mood and didn’t want to be there. The woman preparing our drinks was deliberately moving slowly and kept talking to the other employee about her life when he was trying to ring out customers. We gave an automatic tip after checking out to show our appreciation only for her to be in a bad mood and not even tell us when the drink was ready and instead sit it on the counter and continue to talk to the other employee.
