I have not ate anything from this place that I did not like. Everything is tasty with balanced spices. Though, their rice sometimes feels like a bit undercooked. I am a rice person, so I know what a fully cooked rice is. Nevertheless, their meat are high quality and good service.
Located inside the Hugh food hall, this Jamaican spot is a great casual spot for a meal. My friend and I shared their jerk chicken and it was great. The portion was solid, the chicken was so soft, and it was delicious. Service was also fast. Would recommend.
We got two beef patties and two cocoa breads and the total came to $25 with tip. I was wondering why, if the food was already sitting there, it was taking over ten minutes to get our order. The man kept taking new orders in between giving us just two beef patties and two cocoa breads. I had just come from a doctor’s visit and hadn’t eaten in over fifteen hours, so I tried to tell myself maybe I was just hangry and needed to stay calm and patient.
