Really helpful in getting a specific item for a birthday gift. The order took awhile to arrive (the items were coming from Italy so totally expected it) but they kept me informed the whole time and my items shipped in perfect condition. I would recommend!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I placed an order 2 weeks ago and it said it would be delivered in 5-7 days. This was a gift for a shower I was attending. I tried contacting customer service twice to inquire about shipping date and still have not heard back from them. The party is over, I had to purchase a different gift so now I am trying to get a refund. I imagine I will have the same communication issues again.
