I went to the just salad on 71st and Broadway. When I arrived there were 2 staff behind the counter. The second staff was a bit hesitant to assist me which delayed me from being served and greeted. But after he assisted me and he realized that though I had a covered head it did not mean that I was a weirdo. I am a customer just buying a salad. Awful service. The staff were rude and acted as if they were doing customers a favor. Simple requests, such as asking for a knife or a straw, were met with visible annoyance and attitude. Very disappointing experience. Shame on
I don't usually write reviews about quick service dining establishments BUT I cannot rave enough about the service at "Just Salad" on Broadway and 71st. I am there often and while the food is always fresh and delicious, the service is amazing. Every time I walk in the staff is smiling; attentive to all of my requests and make the experience absolutely enjoyable. Even when the lines are long, the staff is always incredibly fast without sacrificing quality or friendliness. I'd like to specifically
