I came in to the 7th ave bk location for a hearty salad to support my newly active lifestyle. I was greeted by the whole team and helped by Desmond and Shay. He took the time to answer my questions, made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it, and did everything with a positive attitude and a smile. Can’t tell you how many times they send the wrong food or missing items on Seamless and then you can’t call a person in the store to correct the order. You have to go through a lengthy “chat” process on seamless to get refunded for the items that were the whole reason you placed the order in the first place. Making mistakes is human and to be expected from time to time at any restaurant but it’s truly unbelievable how frequently it happens at this particular just salad.
