Horrible experience ordering Just Salad over Uber Eats. This was the 2nd night this week, and 4th time in a month that they have messed up my order. Yesterday, I ordered a Buffalo Chicken salad with bread and they forgot to include the chicken, bread and there was no dressing. Today, I ordered 2 salads, and only received 1, and it was the wrong salad. They gave me someone else’s order instead. I love Just Salad but the delivery service has been horrible.
Coming from out of town to visit my family. We stopped by to eat something, Just Salad! Wow, this is not just as it says. I surely love the salads that they have. Would definitely keep coming back for more. People are nice and welcome you right away as you stepped in. Thank you.
I just have to say I love coming here. Most of my experiences here are great. A worker by the name of Luis (I believe he’s a manager) took his time with my order and was very patient with me and all of the questions I had. I probably would’ve been annoyed with me, but he maintained a good face and was very warm, friendly and understanding. I appreciate service like this!
