Small rooftop bar on the 14th floor. Outdoor patio area with couches and chairs. Very impressive view of the Empire State Building looming high above. Space is limited and the bar is expensive if you do not have cash. $10 minimum on card.
Beware - scammers. Went for happy hour and ordered specifically from the happy hour menu and even specified their well was fine. Got charged non-well, non-happy hour prices. Bartender wouldn’t adjust prices. Rooftop is also small and unimpressive - skip this spot.
Nice spot with a great view and decent spirits. Arrived at 11:15 and was promptly greeted with “last call” even though it’s open until midnight. Waiter also had no idea which whiskeys were available.
