We stumbled upon Kami Asian by chance after a visit to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and it turned out to be an absolute gem! The service was excellent—very friendly and accommodating, even offering happy hour despite our late arrival. The food was top-notch: the shrimp were perfectly cooked, and the salmon roll with extra cream cheese was deliciously fresh. You can tell they put love into their food. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and everything, including the restroom, was super clean
My seaweed salad came with a marachino cherry in it? Quality otherwise seems okay, but this was kind of off putting. I don't know what else to say. Not sure how that ended up there but makes me not want to order again.
Spectacular. This spot makes comfort a priority. This place knows how to prepare a meal. Workers here showed authentic friendliness. I'll revisit during my next local trip.
