Very helpful with all questions. Open during the day and rooms were open immediately when we came. We cant hear other rooms. Bathrooms are clean. The room is fully private and they give an iPad as well as the ability to use our own phones to queue songs. Mics work great sound is clear and full control of sound quality and volume. Wide selection of songs including rap, pop, and country and a few mexican songs as well. Offers korean appetizers as well as American appetizers. Worker was very attent
We came for a birthday 🎂 celebration and Justin was awesome! Great catalog and great experience. We opted for a private room and Justin was super friendly and accommodating. I would come back . The cocktails 🍹 were also great
Rooms don’t have much insulation or soundproofing. The WiFi seems to only allow a few devices to connect. Sonys must be requested many times. Room layout is nice. You can get reasonably priced food for nyc during peak hours. The bathrooms are tiny but very clean. The screen is visible to everyone and shows lyrics. I recommend bringing earplugs.
