Sushi is fresh and generous size (priced accordingly but you get your money’s worth). The Mermaid Roll and Milky Way rolls are favs. Very friendly staff too - cheerful and fast! Very popular takeaway spot (based on the number of pickups witnessed.) Don’t let the basic decor deter you.
I absolutely love Kawa Sushi! They are my go-to sushi place in my area. They have delicious and fresh sushi, as well as an array of other dishes. I personally love their spicy tuna roll, tuna pizza and gyozas. They have a small seating area, and also offer take-out and delivery. I highly recommend!
Was craving sushi and walked by this place for lunch. They have $18 chirashi lunch set which comes with miso soup, salad, many thick slices of sashimi, and rice. Seems like a great deal - the fish is fresh, rice is nice warm and soft, and miso soup comforting. The salad is meh - kinda too watery when you bite into it and the dressing not so good.
