It's the second time I've been here. Chicken never ready. Both times the Manager, I believe his name is Ricky. Always chewing, but no chicken ready. Rodney , I believe is his name is Not the problem. Great service.. The manager is the problem. 2 nd visit. I paid for my food yet waited for him to help someone else that hadn't even paid yet. I am thankful the 2 buckets he served before me, that they didn't run out of chicken.👎
I went to get a sandwich for dinner on my points off the app, I go to KFC pretty frequently although I've only been to this one a few times, the store was a bit busy and the manager was complaining about a crew member being off the line frequently. This same member went and made my sandwich which I took home and opened , to my surprise that sandwich was hard as a brick; the bread and chicken was almost petrified . I was already in relaxed mode , but gor redressed and walked back to the stor
I asked the guy what comes on the 2 for 5 classic wrap. He said cheese lettuce pickles. When i opened my wrap its chicken mayo and pickles where is the rest of the stuff? The cashier was amazing and the guy bagging was funny i enjoyed his humor. But my wrap. Was not what i asked for.
