I personally would never write reviews but this NEED to be heard. I ordered online thinking that this time maybe my order would be not missing anything, but apparently I was wrong. I ordered the family combo with 6 chicken tenders and 2 sides. The sides I choose was 1 smash potatoes with gravy and fries, including adding 2 extra sides that was 1 salad and 1 large Mac and cheese. What i did NOT received was my 6 chicken tenders and my large Mac and chicken. Not ONLY that but they apparently put 2
I honestly wish I could leave zero stars, but this is the Manager being extremely disrespectful to her staff. A couple minutes after that she was yelling at either the same worker or a different worker, but this time in English. This is disgusting not only that but she was being disrespectful towards me and my disabled mother. Worst customer service ever. I went to order my food while employees all stood doing nothing on there phone not attending to nothing at all what a waste of money and a business. The worst experience of all time at a KFC. Il try again next week to see if anything has changed.
