So far so good! I've updated my previous 3 star review to 5 stars after returning and seeing their updated renovations and having a great experience with their food and customer service. I had just finished from a dentist appointment and wanted to pick some food up before walking home so I placed an in-app order (which thankfully KFC re-designed COMPLETELY and made 1000x better) and went inside to wait. One of the workers there offered me a free cup to get whatever drink I wanted while I waite

I ordered thru door dash, WRONG PIECES OF CHICKEN, then zoom in on what they sent me, this supposed to be an 8 piece meal, chicken IS DRIED UP, small & it looks like it came out the TRASH!!!! Straight trash!!! Sent it right to door dash & got my MONEY BACK!!! How dare y’all give paying customers this TRASH!!!!!! We work for our Money & wanted something that taste good this what y’all send!!! Straight TRASH!!! Got my MONEY BACK!!!!
