I came today waited about 25 minutes and had no issue waiting. I’ve been coming to this KFC since I was a little girl. My grandpa used to bring me here all the time as a child for lunch. This KFC is a staple in Harlem and the workers are quick and efficient, hard-working. The food was delicious.
enployees were great but manager pablo is a nightmare. i walked in at 10:50am and this guy also rolls into the shop at 10:52am on jun 27 2026 and immediately starts to berate his employees. didnt even say good morning. i felt bad for their employees working there and management needs to step up and address this. shameful
Different texture and taste from the uk KFC but in its own way nice l guess Very crunchy chicken , fries were tasty but the Gravy was water like which had No taste but the colour was spot on I was very surprised by the buttery biscuit which to me is a scone without the jam and clotted cream was delicious indeed The sit in area was very clean and spotless And you need to ask for the key to use to restroom
