was feeling very hungry ordered this food for my first meal of the day just for my chicken wings to have a Long strand of HAIR ‼️this is the first time something like this happened to me i would never order from this place again 👎🏾 i called they want the food back probably to give to someone else . beware .
The Wings were horrible. Chewy & hairy. They don't clean the chicken. I asked for no vegetables in the orders except mine and all orders came with vegetables. Delivery took about 40 to 45 min as they said. But the food was not hot. The dumplings were disgusting. I had them steamed. The only thing we can say was good and directions was followed was the extra shrimp we ordered and the veggies I requested. Never again.
Speaking as a native, this is the the best NYC Chinese restaurant food I’ve ever had. Solid customer service. Looks like a typical hood spot. They have automated service so ordering over the phone is quick and easy.
