Snug Japanese restaurant specializing in ramen with housemade broths, plus seasonal brews.
From Google Maps reviews.
I come here often, and the Tonkotsu ramen is so good and tasty. The location is really good, the customer service is really nice, and the ambiance is quiet and cozy. It’s consistently good, and it always feels worth coming back.
Today I visited Kohoku Ku Ramen and ordered takoyaki and EBI ramen. The food was really delicious. The takoyaki was crispy on the outside and soft inside, with a rich and flavorful sauce. The EBI ramen had a strong shrimp aroma, and the broth was rich and tasty. I wasn’t feeling well today and had a stuffy nose, but the hot soup with a slightly spicy kick really helped clear my head. It felt so comforting and refreshing. Overall, a great experience—definitely a place I would come back to!
Solid ramen-ya in Hell’s Kitchen. I had their shoyu ramen. Price/Taste/Ambience/Service are all solid. Broth good, thin noodle texture/firmness good, menma good. Will be back to try their tonkotsu next time :)
