My friend ordered a cup of milk tea on the app two days ago. I checked Google and found that the store closes at 9:00 p.m. My friend arrived at the store at 9:04 p.m. However, they had already closed for the day, and there was no notification before closing or a phone call to ask my friend when to pick up the food. All restaurants before closing will ask customer when to pick up food, but this store did not, and the attitude was very bad. And they refused to refund and they not make another orde
I ordered a Thai milk tea with cheese foam topping. After ordering, I didn't check if the cheese foam was actually added and just left. I wasn't complaining about whether or not the cheese foam was included; I just felt that the customer's request wasn't fulfilled.
The Chai milk bubble tea was ok. The bubbles were warm but soft, which is a good thing. Had an interesting taste with a spice I am not too familiar to. No place to sit and I notice around 8 Ave there are no trash cans by the corner so I had to finish the drink there at the shop to throw out.
