L'industrie Pizzeria - West Village was absolutely outstanding 🍕✨ The pizza was super, super delicious - honestly incredible. The atmosphere was really cool and laid-back, even though it was very busy, which somehow just added to the vibe. We were lucky enough to get a spot at the counter/bar area, which made it even more fun to enjoy the slices right there in the moment. We tried three different slices: White Slice, New Yorker Slice, and Spicy Salami Slice - all of them were amazing and full
5 stars for 5 reasons I wish I could do 4.5/5 but 5 it is! 1. Spicy salami so good! The crust was perfectly done! The dough is perfect! Right amount of sauce, and basil tops it off! Salami itself was good. 2. If you’re getting 6 individual slices it’s better just to get a whole pie! Price for whole pie is 37 dollars! Good price. 8 slices in a pie of pizza. 3. The line was long but it moved quite fast. 4. The olive oil cake perfect texture and fluff. 5. Simple menu and not overwhelming If
Worth Every Minute of the Wait! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you're heading to L’Industrie for lunch, brace yourself: the queue is absolutely massive. Even during the midday rush, the line stretches down the block, which tells you everything you need to know before you even take a bite. Yes, you will have to wait, but the staff operates like a well-oiled machine. They are incredibly efficient, managing the crowd like absolute pros. And the pizza? Absolute perfection. The crust is the real star of the show—perfectl
