The iced drinking chocolate was so yummy especially during the summer months. I did the half white chocolate and half milk chocolate. It was the perfect balance of sweetness but the chocolate was still rich. The staff helped me figured out the mix to get based on how sweet you want it.
Hands down the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. Not ultra creamy and I my opinion that’s good. Sometimes the hot chocolate (or drinking chocolate) is too rich. This is a proper Parisian hot chocolate, not the ultra-thick kind that Americans probably expect. Just the rich amount of richness and the flavour of the chocolate is also excellent. A tad pricey at $7 for a small cup though. But good enough that I bought their drinking chocolate bag for $32.
First time exposed to the brand when visiting NYC and trying to find best hot chocolate in town and in the states. Trying multiple of them already, I could confidently call out LA Burdick certainly made it to the podium serving thick and rich quality chocolate with options of sweetness and creaminess adjustable to your preference.
