I come here very occasionally due to other great coffee options in the area, but it’s still a solid spot when you’re in Midtown. La Colombe is the brand you’ll recognize from canned cold brews and coffee beans at the supermarket—but the café itself is a bit more upscale than its grocery-store image might suggest. coffee is always good, had a great experience today when the barista realized one customer was holding up the line and they jumped in to the rescue.
The new caramelized banana brûlée syrup is one of the best I’ve had! I get it in their oat draft latte and it’s hit the spot every time. I come pretty regularly and it’s always quick service to order and get my drink since their latte is on tap. It’s usually busier during morning rush and lunch hour, but still pretty quick. There’s some tables in the back, but I usually just do a quick grab and go.
