I ordered arroz Blanco con bistec and it was so flavorful and tender.
The ribs and patelitos were so dryyyyy and not good at all. The waitress as well tried to play me when I picked up the order using DoorDash. She gave me a plate of ribs no rice or beans but on DoorDash it shows as the lunch. She was surprised when I can back and told her where’s my rice and beans to the ribs just for her to say on DoorDash I have to type and say I want it even tho that’s literally the order. Horrible costumer service and the food is unseasoned
I ordered 2 combos of yellow rice with beans pernil , 2 alcapurrias, 2 plátano relleno and 2 rellenos de papa. I got white rice, no beans, 2 pastelillos instead of the plátano and the slcapurrias and rellenos were not edible. All the frituras were rock hard. I always order from Knickerbocker but didn’t realize the location was off and ended up with that disaster.
