Ordered here because they were close to my place and usually have good food. 1st time I ordered my order was over an hour late when I called they said it left, when I asked them to check they realized it was still in the restaurant and then sent it out. Today I ordered again hoping for a better experience but it was worse. My coffee came ruined and they forgot my avena and the sauce for my quips. Not sure whats going on with this place, they used yo be really great but have seriously fallen off
This place has to be the absolute slowest when preparing orders. I had ordered online for a pickup, went Into the store and waited 40 minutes. I literally watched them prepare every other order (mostly DoorDash and uber) as I waited for 2 turkey bacon and egg sandwiches. Mind you I placed the online order 30 minutes prior so to have waited that long for 2 sandwiches that came out burnt is absolutely insane. There has to be a better way for them to prioritize their customers in store and the uber
Man I just walked in this store and fell in love with everything. I almost got the whole menu lmao. No but forreal the food is so good and this was my first time here and I live over here ! The service was great and they serve the food quickly. It is take out and they make sure food is sealed. Smoothies were great I got colorful and husband got mango cream, literally almost drank it all before we got home lol. Definitely recommend
