When I first saw the exterior of this restaurant, I was absolutely intrigued. The ornate carvings, majestic statues, and shimmering golden doors beckoned me to come in. The place was crowded and everyone seemed to be enjoying their meal. Upon being seated in one of the elaborate chairs, I had to pause and take in the visual feast around me. Outstanding restaurant. From the moment you see the restaurant from the street, you feel like you’re walking into someone’s home. We came on a Saturday and enjoyed their all-you-can-eat buffet, along with a couple of juice drinks. We’d never had Sri Lankan food before and absolutely loved it. Delicious flavors and a fantastic overall experience. Highly, highly recommend and will be sending friends to Staten Island just to try this place!
*CASH ONLY ON WEEKENDS* Loved the atmosphere of the place as it looks like a Buddhist temple. Great service and got a table relatively quickly. The food selection is outstanding and greatly delicious. Big fan of the vegetarian curries! Buffet during the weekends and be sure to arrive early to get a table. Safe space for dessert as they have delicious puddings.
