Visited this business in the late evening yesterday. One person behind the counter. I was the only one there with my kids so the service was good. She said that Their system was down and only cash was being accepted. There are a variety of flavors and cup sizes. The place is clean. Most of the soursop ice cream was gone. I have to go back and try that one. My kids were satisfied and happy with their purchases. Seemed a wee bit pricey to me , but for the kids 😊. It was a treat.
Went here today, was upset they didnt have the milkshake (which was the reason I choose this place and it reminded me of jenavives cafe shakes) I wanted so i ended up getting the blue panda ice cream which was the closest to cookies and cream and a mix of cotton candy. It was good and let's not forget the gurl that took care of us YATHALIA .. shes new but we all new at some point and she was very kind, my husband had a smoothie and a banana pudding ice cream and my son had a strawberry cheesec
Deceptive They charge a credit card surcharge fee of 4%, and fail to post any signage to indicate this fee. There was a man behind the counter who said that they are not required to post a sign. Actually, you are required to post a sign that noticable to everyone .Also, they have bait and switch pricing. I told the cashier to give me the yellow container with ice cream that was priced at $4.25 or so. She then charged me $5 plus because she used a bigger yellow container when that's not the one
