Really great food and friendly staff. Inside is gorgeous too. Open early so great for an early breakfast with loads of choices.
Their pastries are amazing. The mini pancakes are a major highlight, so is the lemon tart. The berry tart is a classic and the hot chocolate is bitter and rich. The belgian waffle was nice but the whipped cream on top was a bit sour and so I ended up scooping about half of it off since it overpowered the waffle and strawberries. The savory items we were not a fan of. We tried two different “tartines”, the turkey avocado bacon and the mozzarella chicken melt. Both were a strange flavor that didn
Coffe is average. Cappuccino was huge, and milk was over frothed. Food was below average, we got the scrambled egg croissant, egg was old and had been reheated, salad on the side was barely edible from how old it was. Overall disappointing and not io to Pain co standard. Service slow. Atmosphere was the only positive point, the spot is quite charming.
