Low-key establishment serving up African & Caribbean eats with an emphasis on Haitian fare.

Deliciously authentic Haitian cuisine. Came here per the recommendation of my Haitian friend and it did not disappoint! Portions sizes were large and great for sharing with a group. So many dishes I cannot recommend enough. We ordered the fried goat, fried pork, oxtail and Legumes, which all came with rice and small sides, and were highly tasty. Even amongst four hungry people, we left with full stomachs and leftovers.
Used to live in Miami and have ate at many Haitian restaurants. This one is better than most I’ve been to. Very flavorful and fresh. Especially liked the stew chicken with black rice and griot. The rice and beans and legume were good as well. Will definitely be back! Update: Have been back a few times and my favorite dish so far has been the Fried Snapper! Sooo good! Also tried the shrimp in sauce. Can’t go wrong with anything here. Food has been consistently flavorful and fresh each time.
The food here is delicious, a great combination of flavors and it comes in huge portions. The menu is a bit small, but has good variety and changes daily. Service was very friendly and fast. I would definitely go back to try out more options and their smoothies.
